74LVC16244AEV: 16位缓冲器/线路驱动器；5 V输入/输出容压；3态

74LVC16244A、74LVCH16244A是带3态总线兼容输出的16位非反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。该器件可用作四个4位缓冲器、两个8位缓冲器或一个16位缓冲器。其具有四个输出使能输入（1OE至4OE），每个都控制四个3态输出。nOE上的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。

输入可通过3.3 V或5 V器件进行驱动。禁用时，可以向输出施加高达5.5 V的电压。这些特性允许将这些器件用于混合3.3 V和5 V应用。

74LVCH16244A数据输入上的总线保持无需使用外部上拉电阻来保持未使用的输入。
