AD7654ASTZRL:  AD7654:  双通道、同步采样、PulSAR®、500 kSPS、双核16位ADC

AD7654是一款低成本、双核16位、电荷再分配SAR型模数转换器(ADC),采用5 V单电源供电。该器件内置两个低噪声、宽带宽、可同步采样的采样/保持放大器、一个16位高速采样ADC、一个内部转换时钟、纠错电路以及串行和并行系统接口端口。

AD7654经过出厂硬件校准和全面测试,可确保除一般直流参数(增益、偏置和线性度)之外,诸如信噪比(SNR)和总谐波失真(THD)等交流参数也合乎要求。

该器件具有一种极高采样速率模式(正常模式)和一种低功耗模式(脉冲模式),后者适用于低功耗应用,功耗与吞吐量呈比例关系。该器件采用48引脚LQFP或48引脚LFCSP封装,工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C。

The AD7654 is a low cost, dual, 16-bit, charge redistribution SAR, Analog-to-Digital Converter which operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains two low noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifiers which allow simultaneous sampling, a high-speed 16-Bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports.

The AD7654 is hardware factory calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure such ac parameters as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD), in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset, and linearity.

It features a very high sampling rate mode (Normal) and, for low power applications, a reduced power mode (Impulse) where the power is scaled with the throughput. It is available in a 48-lead LQFP or a 48-lead LFCSP with operation specified from –40°C to +85°C.
