AD7676是一款电荷再分配SAR型模数转换器(ADC),采用5 V单电源供电。该器件内置一个16位高速(500 kSPS) 采样ADC、一个差分输入结构、一个内部转换时钟、纠错电路,以及串行和并行系统接口。AD7676拥有无失码性能,92 dB信纳比(SINAD),500 kSPS时功耗仅为60mW,采用48引脚LQFP封装。

The AD7676 is a charge redistribution SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a high-speed (500 kSPS) 16-Bit sampling ADC, a differential input structure, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7676 has No Missing Codes performance, a SINAD of 92 dB, consumes only 60mW power at 500 kSPS, and comes in a 48-pin LQFP package.

The AD7676 is the most accurate 16-bit SAR ADC in the industry's history and among the fastest. It also offers a dramatic improvement in power over other parts at 60 mW @ 500 kSPS.
