AD7680 功能框图AD7680是一款16位、快速、低功耗、逐次逼近型ADC,采用2.5V至5.25V单电源供电,最高吞吐量可达100 kSPS。该器件内置一个低噪声、宽带宽采样保持放大器,可处理100 kHz以上的输入频率。转换过程和数据采集过程通过CS和串行时钟进行控制,从而为器件与微处理器或DSP接口创造了条件。输入信号在CS的下降沿进行采样,而转换同时在此处启动。该器件无流水线延迟。AD7860采用先进的设计技术,可在高吞吐量的情况下实现极低的功耗。该器件的基准电压从VDD内部获得,从而为ADC提供了最宽的动态输入范围,因此,其模拟输入范围为0至VDD。转换速率取决于SCLK频率

The AD7680 is a 16-bit, fast, low power, successive-approximation ADC. The part operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 100 kSPS. The part contains a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 100 kHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipelined delays associated with the part.The AD7680 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low-power dissipation at fast throughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK frequency.
