AD7694:  250 kSPS、16位PulSAR® ADC,采用µSOIC封装

AD7694是一款16位、250 kSPS、电荷再分配、逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC),采用2.7 V至5.25 V单电源(VDD )供电。该器件内置一个极低功耗、高速、16位无失码采样ADC(B级)、一个内部转换时钟和一个SPI兼容串行接口端口,还集成了一个低噪声、宽带宽、极短孔径延迟的采样保持电路。在CNV上升沿,AD7694对IN+与IN-之间的模拟输入电压差进行采样,范围从0V至REF。基准电压(REF)由外部提供,最高可设置为电源电压。功耗和吞吐量呈线性变化关系。AD7694采用8引脚µSOIC封装,工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C。

The AD7694 is a 16-bit, 250 kSPS, charge redistribution successive-approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter which operates from a single power supply, VDD between 2.7 V to 5.25 V. It contains a very low power high-speed 16-bit samplingADC with no missing codes (B grade), an internal conversion clock and a SPI compatible serial interface port. The part also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, very short aperture delay track/hold circuit. On the CNV rising edge, it samples an analog input IN+ between 0 V to REF with respect to a ground sense IN-. The reference voltage REF is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage.Its power scales linearly with throughput.The AD7694 is housed in a 8-lead µSOIC with operation specified from –40°C to +85°C.
