此AD9830器件是一款数控振荡器，在单个CMOS芯片内集成了一个相位累加器、一个正弦查找表以及一个10位数模转换器，提供相位调制和频率调制两种调制能力。最高支持50 MHz时钟速率。频率控制精度可达40亿分之一。通过并行微处理器接口加载寄存器可实现调制。利用关断引脚就可以从外部控制关断模式。该器件采用48引脚TQFP封装。

This DDS device is a numerically controlled oscillator employing a phase accumulator, a sine look-up table and a 10-bit D/A converter integrated on a single CMOS chip. Modulation capabilities are provided for phase modulation and frequency modulation.Clock rates up to 50 MHz are supported. Frequency accuracy can be controlled to one part in 4 billion. Modulation is effected by loading registers through the parallel microprocessor interface.A power-down pin allows external control of a power-down mode. The part is available in a 48-pin TQFP package.
