Planet ATE’s product portfolio will form the foundation for Intersil’s ATE ICs. The Planet ATE technology delivers "System on a Chip" (SoC) integrated circuits that combine all analog
functions required to construct a digital channel, DUT (device under test) power supply, PMU (parametric measurement unit) or a VI (voltage current).
These ATE ICs offer the highest integration and lowest power solution for the per-channel analog content, and are typically the only IC between the tester's digital resources and the device under test.
