2N3700 MIL-PRF-19500/391: 80V, 1A NPN Small Signal Transistor - TO-18
The ON Semiconductor 2N3019, 2N3019S and 2N3700 low power NPN silicon transistors are on the US DLA Land and Maritime Qualified Products List (QPL) and available in versions meeting JAN, JANTX and JANTXV quality levels. Target applications for the MIL-PRF-19500/391-qualified devices include switching and linear amplification in missile guidance, munitions, radio communications, commercial and military avionics and other military and aerospace systems where high reliability in harsh conditions and longevity of product supply are key design considerations.
