NSR0230:30 V, 0.2 A Low VF Schottky Diode
These SOD723 Schottky diodes are designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Miniature surface mount SOD-723 package is excellent for hand-held and portable applications where space is limited.
