STK621-061-E:3-Phase Inverter Motor Driver
The STK621-061-E is a 3-phase inverter power hybrid IC containing power elements(IGBT and FRD), pre-driver, overcurrent and excessive temperature protection circuit.

- Direct input of CMOS level control is possible.
