RF5325 3.3V Smart Energy AMI/ZigBee Front End Module

RFMD’s portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) are designed for high-performance Wi-Fi applications in the 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz ISM band. The RF5325 is specifically designed to address the need for aggressive size reduction in a typical 802.11b/g front end design and offer a reduced footprint and minimized component count outside the core chipset.Capable of switching between Wi-Fi Rx Wi-Fi Tx and Bluetooth® Rx/Tx operations the SP3T switch can perform as a splitter for Rx Wi-Fi combo mode. These FEMs meet or exceed the RF front end needs of 802.11b/g Wi-Fi RF systems.
