RF5967 1 Watt MMIC Amplifier Die
The RF5967 is a 9GHz to 10GHz Galium Aresenide medium power amplifier. It is suitable for use as a driver amplifier in TX applications. The die is fabricated using the RFMD 0.5 mm process. The circuit is DC-blocked at both the RF input and the RF output. Grounding of the amplifier is provided by plated thru vias to the bottom of the die. No additional ground is required.
