The RF730x family of CDMA power amplifiers (PAs) is designed for high performance and ease of use. The family consists of both single-band and dual-band PAs, each housed in compact QFN packages and featuring integrated couplers—reducing size and cost of the overall front end solution. The integration of an output power coupler reduces the size and cost associated with the typical need to place couplers external to the PAs. These previously externally placed PAs feed coupled output power signals back to the CDMA chipset for use in automated power control loop operations. Additionally, the RF730x family features an enhanced low-power mode operation that reduces current when operating in lower output power regions.
