| MPF(Multi-Purpose Flash) - 39 系列 |
MPF是一种具有成本竞争力的flash存储器,定位于用在那些需要 在线编程的主流flash产品应用中。这些产品以 x8 或者 x16 的形 式组织结构,工作的电压是5.0V、2.7-3.6V 或者1.65-1.95V。除 了标准的70ns读访问时间外,SST还提供高速、低电压的仅需45ns和55ns的MPF 产品。所有的39系列产品都采用JEDEC标准 封装、管脚分配和易用的指令集。
