TPS65520A 描述
The TPS65520A is a highly efficient, 8-channel power management IC for digital still cameras (DSCs) integrating power MOSFETs. The device operates from an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 5 V.
The optimized circuit configuration maintains stable regulation characteristics while minimizing the number of external components required for phase compensation and other purposes.
The TPS65520A controls each output channel by communicating with the Sub-CPU through a serial interface
