TOSHIBA 东芝 TLP3616 光耦

The TLP3616/TLP3617 are 8-pin DIP photocouplers that optically couple a photo-triac and GaAs infrared-emitting diode.

The TLP3616 uses a non-zero-cross photo-triac device, while the TLP3617 uses a zero-cross type. They improve the RMS on-state current of conventional DIP 8-pin packages from 0.5 Arms (Max) to 1.2 Arms (Max).

The zero-cross type TLP3617 features improved inhibit voltage (zero-cross voltage) to 1/2 or less from those of conventional products (VIH: 50 V → 20 V). These couplers are suitable for office
equipment, photocopiers, light dimming systems, oil fan heaters, air-conditioners and vending machines. They are also lead-free-compatible.
