T1L2003028-SP 30 W, 28 V, 500 MHz - 2 GHz LDMOS RF 功率晶体管
The TriQuint T1L2003028-SP is a PowerBandâ„¢ discrete LDMOS enhancement mode RF power transistor designed to operate from 500 MHz to 2 GHz in wideband circuits. The device has an instantaneous bandwidth P1dB output power of 30 W across the entire band when operated in the TriQuint wideband test fixture. The T1L2003028-SP can also be used in narrow band applications and is rated at 45 W P1dB at 2 GHz.
