A highly flexible programmable ASK/FSK transmitter that combines an high-performance low power 8-bit AVR® ATtiny44V microcontroller and UHF PLL transmitters in a small QFN24 5mm x 5mm package. It is specifically developed for low-cost RF data transmission systems with data rates up to 32kBit/s. The operating frequency range is 868MHz to 928MHz. Main applications include remote keyless-entry (RKE), passive entry/go (PEG) and remote start systems.
