AD7688 500 KSPS、16位差分PULSAR® ADC,采用µ SOIC或QFN封装

AD7688是一款16位、500 kSPS、电荷再分配、逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC),采用5 V单电源(VDD)供电。该器件内置一个极低功耗、高速、16位无失码采样ADC、一个内部转换时钟和一个多功能串行接口端口,还集成了一个低噪声、宽带宽、极短孔径延迟的采样保持电路。在CNV上升沿,该器件对IN+与IN-引脚之间的电压差进行采样。这两个引脚上的电压摆幅通常在0 V至REF之间、相位相反。基准电压(REF)由外部提供,最高可设置为电源电压。

功耗和吞吐量呈线性变化关系。

SPI兼容串行接口还能够利用SDI输入,将几个ADC以菊花链形式连结到单三线式总线上,并提供一个可选的忙闲指示。采用独立电源VIO时,该器件与1.8V、2.5V、3V或5V逻辑兼容。

AD7688采用10引脚µSOIC封装或10引脚QFN封装(CSP芯片级封装),工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C。
