AD8001 800 MHz、50 mW电流反馈型放大器

AD8001具有低功耗特性,最大功耗为5.5 mA(VS = ±5 V) 而且可以采用+12 V单电源供电,同时负载电流达70 mA以上。该器件提供8引脚小型DIP和8引脚SOIC两种封装。这些特性均非常适合对尺寸和功耗有严格要求的便携式和电池供电应用。

AD8001具有800 MHz的宽带宽和1200 V/µs的压摆率,因此可用于需要最高±6 V双电源和6 V至12 V单电源的许多通用型高速应用。额定温度范围为-40°C至+85°C工业温度范围。
