AD8314 100 MHz至2.7 GHz 、45 dB RF检波器/控制器

AD8314是一款用于RF信号测量与控制的低成本完整子系统,工作频率范围为100 MHz至2.7 GHz,典型动态范围为45 dB,主要用于各种蜂窝手机和其它无线设备。与采用分立式二极管检波器的方案相比,它能够提供更宽的动态范围和更高的精度,在-40°C至+85°C整个工作温度范围内的温度稳定性尤为出色。

AD8314提供8引脚MSOP和8引脚LFCSP两种封装,采用2.7 V至5.5 V电源供电,功耗为4.5 mA。进入省电模式时,典型休眠电流为20 µA。
