ADA4930-1 超低噪声驱动器,适用于低压ADC

The ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2 是超低噪声、低失真、高速差分放大器,非常适合驱动分辨率最高14位、DC至70 MHz的1.8 V高性能ADC。可调输出共模电平使ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2能够与ADC的输入相匹配。内部共模反馈环路可提供出色的输出平衡,抑制偶数阶谐波失真产物,并提供直流电平转换功能。 应用

对于ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2,利用由4个电阻组成的简单外部反馈网络便可轻松实现差分增益配置,反馈网络决定放大器的闭环增益。

ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2 采用ADI公司的专有硅-锗(SiGe)互补双极性工艺制造,可实现极低的失真水平,输入电压噪声仅为1.2 nV/√Hz。

低直流失调和出色的动态性能使得ADA4930-1/ADA4930-2特别适合各种数据采集与信号处理应用。ADA4930-1采用3 mm × 3 mm 16引脚无铅LFCSP封装,ADA4930-2采用4 mm × 4 mm 24引脚无铅LFCSP封装。引脚排列经过优化,有助于印刷电路板(PCB)布局布线,并且使失真最小。两款器件的额定工作温度范围均为−40°C至+105°C,电源电压为3.3 V或5 V。
