ADE7753 带di/dt输入(串行接口)单相电能计量IC

ADE7753是一款带串行接口和脉冲输出的高精度电能计量IC。ADE7759包含两个二阶∑-Δ ADC、一个数字积分器(在CH1通道)、参考电压电路、温度传感器以及完成有功功率、无功功率、视在功率测量、数字校准以及电流通道和电压通道有效值(RMS)和峰峰值测量所需要的全部信号处理功能。

ADE7753可连接各种电流传感器,包括低阻抗分流电阻器和电流互感器。此外,一个内置数字积分器可直接连接电流传感器,例如具有di/dt微分电流输出的Rogowski线圈。这种直接连接无需外部模拟积分器,并且这种解决方案提供了优良的长期稳定性以及电流和电压通道之间的精密相位匹配。可以根据所选择的电流传感器接通和关断该数字积分器。

ADE7753采用20引脚SSOP封装,并且它与ADE7756和ADE7759引脚兼容。

注:如果需要三相系统设计,推荐选用ADE7758。
