ADM2485 2.5 kV信号隔离、高速(16 Mbps)、半双工RS-485收发器,内置变压器驱动器

ADM2485差分总线收发器是一款集成式电流隔离器件,适用于多点总线传输线路的双向数据通信。它针对平衡传输线路而设计,符合ANSI/TIA/EIA RS-485-A-98和ISO 8482:1987(E)标准。

该器件采用ADI公司的iCoupler®技术,将3通道隔离器、三态差分线路驱动器和差分输入接收器集成于单封装中。片内振荡器输出一对方波,以驱动外部变压器提供隔离电源。器件逻辑端可以采用5 V或3.3 V电源供电,总线端则采用5 V隔离电源供电。

ADM2485驱动器具有高电平有效使能特性。驱动器差分输出与接收器差分输入内部相连,形成差分输入/输出端口;当驱动器禁用时,或者当VDD1或VDD2 = 0 V时,该端口向总线提供极小的负载。该器件还具有高电平有效接收器禁用特性,可使接收器输出进入高阻抗状态。

该器件具有限流和热关断特性,可防止发生输出短路以及总线竞争导致功耗过大的情况。该器件的额定温度范围为工业温度范围,提供16引脚、宽体SOIC封装。
