ADM2490E 5 KV信号隔离、高速(16 MBPS)、ESD保护、全双工RS-485收发器

ADM2490E是一款隔离数据收发器,提供±8 kV ESD保护,适用于多点传输线路的高速、全双工通信。它针对平衡传输线路而设计,符合ANSI TIA/EIA-485-A-1998和ISO 8482:1987(E)标准。该器件采用ADI公司的iCoupler®技术,将双通道隔离器、三态差分线路驱动器和差分输入接收器集成于单封装中。

差分发射器输出和接收器输入具有静电放电电路,可提供人体模型(HBM) ±8 kV保护。器件逻辑端可以采用5 V或3 V电源供电,总线端则要求采用隔离5 V电源供电。

该器件具有限流和热关断特性,可防止发生输出短路以及总线竞争导致功耗过大的情况。

ADM2490E提供16引脚、宽体SOIC封装,工作温度范围为−40°C至+105°C。
