ADM3053是一款隔离式控制器区域网络(CAN)物理层收发器,集成隔离DC/DC转换器,符合ISO 11898标准。

该器件采用ADI公司的iCoupler®技术,将双通道隔离器、CAN收发器和ADI公司的isoPower® DC/DC转换器集成于单个SOIC表贴封装中。片内振荡器输出一对方波,以驱动内部变压器提供隔离电源。该器件采用5V单电源供电,提供完全隔离的CAN解决方案。

ADM3053在CAN协议控制器与物理层总线之间创建一个完全隔离的接口。它能以最高1Mbps的数据速率工作。

该器件具有限流和热关断特性,可防止输出短路。额定温度范围为工业温度范围,提供20引脚、宽体SOIC封装。

ADM3053集成了isoPower®技术,该技术采用高频开关元件通过其变压器传输电力。设计印刷电路板(PCB)布局时应特别小心,必须符合相关辐射标准。关于电路板布局考量因素的详细信息,请参考应用笔记AN-0971:isoPower®器件的辐射控制建议。
