ADSP-218xN系列包括6款单芯片微电脑,针对数据信号处理应用而优化。系列全部成员均具有引脚兼容特性,差别仅体现在片内SRAM容量上。这种特性再加上ADSP-21xx出色的代码兼容性,可为设计提供极大的灵活性。ADSP-218xN系列产品的SRAM从2 MB到$3.50不等。具体地,该系列的成员有:

在ADSP-218x系列产品组合中,ADSP-218xN系列具有最高的性能(80Mhz/MIPS)和最低的功耗(0.55mW/MIP @ 1.8V)。该系列的全部成员均采用100引脚LQFP和144引脚MBGA两种封装。
