ADSP-CM408F 带13+ ENOB ADC、LQFP176的240MHz ARM Cortex-M4

ADSP-CM407F混合信号控制处理器集成双通道高精度16位ADC和一个ARM® Cortex-M4TM处理器内核,其浮点运算单元工作于240 MHz的内核时钟频率,集成384KB SRAM存储器、2MB闪存,以及专门针对光伏(PV)逆变器控制、电机控制和其他嵌入式控制应用而优化的加速器和外设。
