ADUM1420 四通道精密隔离门极驱动器,输出电流0.1A

ADuM1420是一款采用ADI公司iCoupler®技术的四通道隔离门极驱动器,可提供独立和隔离的高端及低端输出。

与采用高压电平转换方法的门极驱动器相比,ADuM1420在输入端与四路输出的任一输出端之间提供了真正的电流隔离。每一个输出端的工作电压相对输入端的工作电压,电压差可高达±700 V(峰值),因此低端可工作于负压状态。任意两路输出的差分电压可高达700V(峰值)。
