ADUM5230 隔离半桥驱动器,集成高端电源

ADuM5230是一款隔离式半桥栅极驱动器,采用ADI公司的iCoupler®技术提供独立的隔离高端和低端输出。此款隔离器件结合了CMOS和微变压器技术,并集成DC/DC转换器来提供隔离高端电源。这样便能消除与外部电源配置相关的成本、空间和性能困难,比如自举电路。该高端隔离电源不仅可向ADuM5230高端输出供电,还可向配合ADuM5230使用的任何外部缓冲电路供电。

与采用高压电平转换方法的栅极驱动器相比,ADuM5230的输入与各输出之间具有真电气隔离优势。相对于输入,各路输出的工作电压最高可达±700 VP,因而支持低端切换至负电压。高端与低端之间的差分电压最高可达700 VP。
