HMC606LC5 宽带低相位噪声放大器,采用SMT封装,2 - 18 GHz

HMC606LC5是一款GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC分布式放大器,采用无引脚5x5 mm表贴封装,工作频率范围为2至18 GHz。 该放大器具有12 GHz输入信号,在10 kHz失调下提供-160 dBc/Hz的超低相位噪声性能,与基于FET的分布式放大器相比有明显改善。 HMC606LC5提供13.5 dB小信号增益、+27 dBm输出IP3和+15 dBm输出功率(1 dB增益压缩),功耗为64 mA(采用+5V电源)。 HMC606LC5放大器I/O内部匹配50 Ω,并经过内部隔直。 应用
