74AUP1T34GM: 低功耗双电源转换缓冲器
74AUP1T34提供带两个单独电源电压的单个缓冲器。输入A设计用于追踪VCC(A)。输出Y设计用于追踪VCC(Y)。VCC(A)和VCC(Y)接受1.1 V至3.6 V范围内的任何电源电压。此特性允许任意1.2 V、1.5 V、1.8 V、2.5 V和3.3 V电压节点间的通用低压连接。
所有输入处的施密特触发器动作使电路能容许整个1.1 V至3.6 V的VCC范围内较慢的上升和下降时间。该器件可确保整个1.1 V至3.6 V的VCC范围内极低的静态和动态功耗。该器件完全针对使用IOFF的局部掉电应用而设计。IOFF电路可禁用输出，防止断电时破坏性回流电流通过该器件。
