MC33932: H桥电机驱动器，5-28V，5A，11kHz

恩智浦MC33932在一个耐用的热增强型封装中有两个独立的单片式H桥电源IC。

特性

连续工作电压为8.0V至28V (瞬态电压范围为 5.0V至 40V)
235mΩ最大导通电阻 @ 150°C (每个H桥MOSFET)
3.0V和5.0V TTL / CMOS逻辑兼容输入
通过内部恒定关断时间PWM进行过流限制(调节)
输出短路保护(短接至VPWR或GND)
与温度有关的电流限制阈值下降
所有输入均有一个内部源/汇点来定义默认(浮动输入)状态
睡眠模式电流消耗< 50μA (每一半均有输入浮动或设置以匹配默认逻辑状态)
