MPXx4115: -115至115kPa，真空，集成压力传感器

MPxx4115系列(MPX4115A/MPXA4115A、MPXAZ4115A和MPXV4115V系列)集成了片上技术、双极运算放大器电路和薄膜电阻网络，可提供高输出信号和温度补偿。凭借体积小巧的优点，以及片上集成的高可靠性，恩智浦传感器成为系统设计人员顺理成章又高性价比的选择。

MPxx4115系列传感器是最新型的单片式带信号调节的硅压力传感器。该系列传感器集先进的微机械加工技术、薄膜金属化和双极半导体工艺于一身，可提供与所施压力成正比、精确的高电平模拟输出信号。
