PCA8547BHT: 4 x 44车载LCD驱动器（带集成式电荷泵）
PCA8547是一款全功能液晶显示器(LCD)驱动器，专门设计用于复用速率高至1:4的高对比度垂直排列(VA) LCD。它可针对包含多达四个背板、44个段码和高达176像素的任何静态或复用LCD生成驱动信号。PCA8547集成了内部充电泵，通过其内置电容可在片内产生LCD驱动电压。PCA8547提供LCD电源电压的可编程温度补偿，确保整个温度范围内具有最佳且稳定的对比度。PCA8547可通过双线式I²C总线(PCA8547A)或三线式双向SPI总线(PCA8547B)轻松连接到微控制器。
