UJA1162TK: 具有睡眠模式的自供电高速CAN收发器

UJA1162是一款“自供电”高速CAN收发器,集成了符合ISO 11898-2/5标准的HS-CAN收发器和5 V内部CAN电源。唯一的电源输入是电池连接。UJA1162可在极低电流的睡眠模式下运行,并具有总线唤醒功能。

UJA1162按照当前ISO11898标准(-2和-5)中的规定实施标准的CAN物理层。包括CAN FD的ISO11898更新版本即将发布,包含了用于定义循环延迟对称性的新增时序参数。在CAN FD快速相位下,即使数据速率高达2 Mbit/s,此实施也能实现可靠的通信。
