HC08Q系列是低成本、高性能M68HC08系列8位微控制器(MCU)的成员。M68HC08系列是一个基于Von Neumann架构的复杂指令集计算机(CISC)。该系列中的所有MCU都采用增强型M68HC08中央处理器(CPU08),并提供各种模块、存储器规格和类型以及封装类型。
