KV4x: Kinetis KV4x-168 MHz,高性能电机 / 功率变换微控制器(MCU),基于ARM® Cortex®-M4内核

Kinetis® KV4x系列MCU是一种高性能解决方案,为电机和电源控制领域要求最严格的部分应用提供优异的精度、感应和控制能力。它采用ARM®Cortex®-M4内核,运行频率为168 MHz,带DSP和浮点单元,具有先进的高速、高精度外设,例如312皮秒高分辨率脉宽调制(PWM),双12位模拟数字转换器(ADC),采样频率每秒4.1兆样本(MSPS),共有30个PWM通道,支持多电机系统和双FlexCAN模块。为了最大限度地提高性能,采用了128位宽闪存接口,从嵌入式闪存提供同级别最佳执行。Kinetis KV4x系列MCU由来自恩智浦及第三方资源的全面支持套件提供支持,包括参考设计、软件库和电机配置工具。
