MC34975: 带抑制唤醒和32 mA湿电流的MSDI

带抑制唤醒功能的恩智浦MC34975多开关检测接口(MSDI)旨在检测最多22个开关触点的关闭和开启。

特性
  • 设计工作电压范围:5.5 V <= VPWR <= 28 V
  • 开关输入电压范围:-14 V至VPWR,最高40 V
  • 使用3.3 V/5.0 V SPI协议可与微处理器连接
  • 可选择状态更改的唤醒功能
  • 14个接地开关输入
  • 8个可编程输入(电源或接地开关)
  • 可选择湿电流(接地开关输入为32 mA或4.0 mA)
  • 睡眠状态电流:VPWR 100 µA,VDD 20 µA
