MPC565: 32位微控制器

MPC565是MPC500系列微处理器的成员之一,采用Power Architecture®指令标准架构。MPC565在单一芯片上集成了一个浮点运算单元、一个高级外设组以及1 MB的闪存。这个组合是高性能汽车应用以及其他控制密集型应用的理想选择。

  • 1 MB的内部闪存(分为两个512 KB模块)
  • 36 KB的静态RAM
  • 3个时间处理单元(TPU3)
  • 一个22位定时器通道模块化I/O系统(MIOS14)
  • 3个TouCAN模块
  • 两个带模拟多路复用器(AMUX)的增强型队列模拟系统,提供总共40个模拟通道。可配置这些模块,使每个模块都可以访问该部件的全部40个模拟输入
  • 两个队列串行多通道模块,其中每个都包含一个队列串行外设接口(QSPI)和两个串行控制器接口(SCI/UART)
  • 1个J1850 (DLCMD2)通信模块
  • 一个NEXUS调试端口(class 3)—IEEE®ISTO 5001-1999
  • JTAG和后台调试模式(BDM)
