P87LPC764是一款20引脚的单芯片微控制器,专门针对各种性能需求中需要高集成、低成本解决方案的低引脚数应用设计。作为飞利浦的低引脚数产品系列成员,P87LPC764提供了可编程的振荡器配置以操作高速/低速的晶振或RC、宽工作电压范围、可编程端口输出配置、可选择施密特触发输入、LED驱动器输出和内置看门狗定时器。P87LPC764基于加速版的80C51处理器架构,以标准80C51器件两倍的速率执行指令。
