S12ZVM: S12ZVM混合信号MCU,适用于汽车和工业电机控制应用

S12ZVM系列为汽车和工业控制应用(BLDC、PMSM或SR电机)提供最小、最高效且可扩展的3相电机控制解决方案。

它集成了先进的S12Z 16位MCU、12V至5V稳压器、LIN物理层或CAN物理层和栅极驱动器(GDU),以控制6个功率MOSFET,用于汽车和工业控制应用,如鼓风机、风扇或燃油泵、机油泵或水泵。
