MGA-31389 High Gain Driver Amplifier 50MHz - 2GHz

MGA-31389 is a 0.10W high gain Driver Amplifier MMIC that serves applications from 50 MHz to 2.0 GHz, housed in a SOT-89 standard plastic package.
