FAN48611: 2.5 MHz, Fixed-Output, Synchronous Tiny Boost® Regulator
The FAN48611 is a low-power boost regulator designedto provide a minimum voltage regulated rail from astandard single-cell Li-Ion battery and advanced batterychemistries. Even below the minimum system batteryvoltage, the device maintains output voltage regulation.The combination of built-in power transistors,synchronous rectification, and low supply current suitthe FAN48611 for battery-powered applications.
The FAN48611 is available in a 9-bump, 0.4 mm pitch,Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP).
