TLV4906L

The TLV4906K is a high precision Hall Effect Switch with highly accurate switching thresholds for ambient operating temperatures up to 85°C. The TLV4906K is available in a SMD package PG-SC59-3-5 which is lead-free and halogen-free to meet current und future requirements.
