MCP6H92

The MCP6H92 operational amplifier (op amp) has a wide supply voltage range of 3.5V to 12V and rail-to-rail output operation. This device is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 10 MHz (typical). This device operates with a single-supply voltage as high as 12V, while only drawing 2 mA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. The MCP6H92 is fully specified in extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is available in 8L-SOIC and 8L- 2x3 TDFN
