The NXP® MC34932 consists of two independent, monolithic, thermally efficient 36V/5A H-Bridge DC motor drivers in the same package.

- Automatic thermal back-off: Temperature regulated, peak current limiting ensures continuous high availability operation
- Real-time load current monitoring: Analog feedback current mirror feature used for motor control or load protection
- Design-in simplicity: Integrated H-Bridge with charge pump, control, protection and four MOSFETs
- High efficiency: 120 mΩ typical RDS(ON)
- 5.0V to 36V continuous operation, 42V transient
- Dual H-Bridge with operation up to 5A on each channel covering a wide range of applications
- 3 & 5 V TTL/CMOS compatible
- Status flag output reports under-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature fault conditions
- Output short-circuit protection (short to VPWR or GND)
- Sleep mode with current draw < 20μA (each half with inputs floating or set to match default logic states)
