MC1323x: 2.4 GHz 802.15.4 RF and 8-bit HCS08 MCU with 128 KB Flash, 8 KB RAM

NXP's fourth-generation 2.4 GHz IEEE® 802.15.4/ZigBee® ready solution is designed to meet the needs of the consumer electronics market, yet offers features and functions that are well-suited to many wireless applications in the consumer, healthcare and industrial markets. The MC1323x combines an IEEE 802.15.4 radio with an HCS08-QE core into a cost-effective system-on-chip (SoC) that provides a low-power, flexible and robust solution for wireless control and monitoring applications.
