NCP3134: 2.9V to 5.5V, 4A, 2.2MHz, Integrated Synchronous DC-DC Step Down Converter

The NCP3134 is a fully integrated synchronous buck converter capable of operating from 2.9V to 5.5V while delivering up to 4A. The NCP3134 operates at 2.2MHz, allowing for a smaller output filter and offering fast load transient response. The device can operate in DCM/CCM (higher efficiency at light loads) or Forced CCM mode to ensure fixed frequency operation. The device is offered in a small 3mm by 3mm QFN package.
