NTAG203F：NFC Forum类型2标签兼容型IC，集成144字节用户存储器和现场检测
恩智浦半导体公司开发了NTAG203 - 兼容NFC Forum类型2标签的IC - 可配合使用符合NFC Forum技术规范、满足NFC Forum建议或近距离耦合设备(PCD)，以及符合ISO/IEC 14443A标准的NFC设备。通信层（RF接口）符合ISO/IEC 14443A标准第2部分和第3部分。NTAG203主要针对电子产品中的NFC Forum类型2标签应用（如连接切换、蓝牙简单配对、WiFi保护设置、设备认证、游戏等）设计。
仅当IC连接天线时，才能建立NTAG通信。
NTAG位于RF范围内时，高速RF通信接口允许数据的传输波特率为106 kb/s。
